Organisational Structure of the Faculty of Engineering, UNIBA Surakarta

Achieving the vision, mission, and objectives requires an institutional framework with good governance. Organisational restructuring began with the revision and renewal of the UNIBA Statute in accordance with Regulation Number 4 of 2014 on the Provision of Higher Education and the Management of Higher Education Institutions, based on Decree of the Dean of the Faculty of Engineering No. 009A/061015.H4/L/2021 on the Organisational Structure of the Faculty of Engineering, UNIBA Surakarta

Under the Statute and the Regulation on Organisational Structure, the relationship between the management of the Study Programme Management Unit (UPPS) and the Study Programmes is under the control of the Dean, assisted by the Vice Deans. The Dean's performance is overseen and advised by the independent Faculty Senate. This governance aims to manage the UPPS on the basis of the five principles of good organisational governance. The organisation's mechanisms and procedures are further regulated by Dean's Regulations.
