Governance Standards

Governance Standards of the Faculty of Engineering of Universitas Islam Batik Surakarta are the guidelines for faculty management based on the principles of transparency, accountability, responsibility, independence, and fairness in every decision-making process. These standards are the foundation for leaders, lecturers, administrative staff, and the whole academic community in carrying out their duties and functions in a structured, professional way oriented towards improving the quality of higher education. Through good governance, the faculty is expected to be managed effectively and efficiently in support of the vision and mission of the Faculty of Engineering of Universitas Islam Batik Surakarta. These standards also encourage harmonious coordination between units, stronger internal oversight, and better academic and administrative services. Good governance is thus an important foundation for an academic environment that is conducive, principled, and competitive.
